Had an awesome experience with AGR, fist time home buyer & had no clue about insurance claims or how anything worked in regards to replacing my roof. Alex Williams went above & beyond to communicate each step of the process & handled the insurance side of everything which made my life WAY easier. 10/10-would definitely recommend!
Shout out to Zach Hart at AGR. From the hour after a huge storm hit out house and outbuildings, Zach was giving us professional advice. Zach drove over 2 hours to meet with us while the insurance agent was looking over our property to ensure nothing was missed. Our house needed new siding, roof, and gutters and our job was completed sooner then our neighbors who chose another contractor. Our insurance was of course, low balled all of their estimates and Zach and AGR ensured they paid what they needed to pay. We couldn’t be happier with how great our home looks or the service we received. All of the contractors who came to out house were friendly and cleaned up the mess upon completion. Thanks again Zach ! Some of our neighbors still haven’t had a product delivered much less put on their home, I am sure they are kicking themselves when they drive by and our home is complete.
We had missing shingles from a wind storm that developed into a leak. Alex with AGR was fantastic to work with! Extremely timely and always very professional! Helped us out with the insurance process and went out of his way to get our new roof replaced in December right before all the snow hit. Was so impressed with them, I’ve asked them to come look at some other opportunities for renovation on our house. I would highly recommend giving Alex a call if you need help with your roof or other home construction needs!
I highly recommend this company if you need any roof work. They went above and beyond to help us after the June 11th hailstorm in Auburn. They inspected the damage and replaced our entire roof and gutter system within a week. I was impressed by their professionalism and use of state-of-the-art technology including drone inspection/estimation. If you have any roof repairs you need an expert like this.
I worked with Zach Hart to replace my roof after large hail this summer. He was replacing my neighbor’s roof and that’s how I found him. I couldn’t have been happier. Zach ended up replacing 3 roofs for me since he did such a good job on my main house. Zach saved me thousands of dollars. My insurance company changed my policy to actual cash value instead of replacement cost so virtually nothing would have been covered after depreciation. Zach explained this was not normal and then the insurance company admitted they wrote up my policy wrong and I did have replacement cost on my roof. Without Zach I would have been paying for the entire roof almost entirely on my own. Couldn’t recommend more!
