I hired AGR after my home experienced hail damage to the roof, siding, and gutters. My project manager Alex Williams has been phenomenal and I cannot say enough good things about AGR. Alex was highly communicative and responsive in all respects. He was excellent about explaining the steps in both the repair and insurance process in layman’s terms that anyone can understand. The crews for all three repairs did excellent work, showed up on the time and day expected, and did a great job cleaning up. I can honestly say the storm was a blessing in disguise as the repair work done by AGR absolutely added value to my home.

I am truly thankful for the day I met Alex Williams. Through his knowledge and expertise, he was instrumental in helping me move forward on the roof and siding projects for my house and garage. He gave me extremely valuable information to help me through my insurance claim and even made sure to be there for the adjuster appointment. Throughout I was shocked by the patience and kindness I received from him every step of the way.

We had two large single pain windows that, over 50 years, settled and had to be replaced. Jim Korff and his team-mate, Zach made all the arrangements and managed this new window installation beautifully !!! They went far above and beyond our expectations to insure that everything was perfect. They also completed some gutter repairs and everything was done on time and on bundler.  I clearly give them 5 stars and recommend them to you !

We had a tree fall on our house, crushing through our bedroom ceiling and damaging our gutters and porch structure. Our insurance company significantly downplayed the damages so I got a few other opinions and ended up going with AGR. Mick and Lindsey were nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process! Aside from their quality work, they contacted our insurance adjuster for us and didn’t give up until they agreed to cover the full extent of damage. Mick was always there to answer questions, thoroughly explain what was going on, and, truly, went above and beyond for us! We really couldn’t have gotten through this without them! Highly recommend!

Aaron is an amazing Human being.

I used AGR after the 6/7/22 hailstorm damaged the exterior of my house and deck. Aaron Tuggle was the project manager for all of the work done on my house. He worked very closely with my insurance company and got them to increase the payment for several items related to the damage. He also was able to negotiate with a painter to get my house and deck power washed, painted, and/or stained before the cold weather set in.

Aaron returned all my calls throughout the several months I worked with AGR. He kept at my insurance company to get better gutter guards for my house. I just had gutter guards from a different manufacturer installed on the gutters the year before. After going through the fall and spring season with the other gutter guards, and not sure if they were the best for the house (there are 8 ancient burr oak trees in the yard), Aaron was able to get my insurance company to pay for better functioning gutter guards. The jury is still out if these new guards will be better or not – I need to see how they work for the spring and fall season this coming year, but I like them much better so far than the previous guards.

The roofers damaged the sprinkler system rain sensor that was installed on the side of a gutter and Aaron reimbursed me for the replacement of that sensor. I went with a class 4 shingle on the house, and he determined that the wrong class of shingles were delivered to my house BEFORE installation on the roof began. Thank goodness!

I would use AGR again if I needed more exterior work done to this house. I would want Aaron to be the project manager involved. I feel he gave me honest answers to all of the questions that I asked of him, and when there were delays with the gutter guard claim, he kept at my insurance company.

I can’t emphasize enough how crucial Alex’s expertise has been in ensuring the successful replacement of our siding. Our journey began with the insurance company deeming our damage insufficient for a claim. But Alex, the true standout in this situation, changed the course entirely.
Alex’s deep understanding of the situation, coupled with his knowledge that our siding had been discontinued, revealed the necessity for a full replacement. His insights into the insurance process were nothing short of remarkable. He anticipated the potential pitfalls of dealing with the insurance company and skillfully safeguarded us from being taken advantage of.
Having worked with Alex before for our roofing needs, I was already aware of his prowess in maneuvering the intricacies of the insurance world.

Mick was great to work with through the whole job! I thought the process of getting a new roof was going to be a nightmare but he made it painless! His crew was fast and professional. He even came back to do another sweep for nails because of my two dogs. The roof turned out beautifully and they matched the gutters to my house which I thought was going to be tricky. Thank you for all your hard work!

Zach and Alex were so amazing. After being ghosted by multiple roofers, they took the time to make sure we got our roof approved by insurance and scheduled as soon as possible. They made the process as easy as possible for me and my family and stayed in constant communication throughout the process, so we never felt in the dark about where we were. The roofers were extraordinarily quick, but also thorough. Our new roof looks amazing, we couldn’t be happier!
