Zach Hart was the best! I love my new Pella windows paid for by insurance! I called him about a missing shingle and got a new roof, gutters, and windows!

I had Zach help me with my roof initially for a missing shingle, he informed me that I could get a full roof replacement and pella windows for my deductible! AMAZING!

We hired AGR after a bad hailstorm hit our area summer 2022. Everyone in the surrounding neighborhood had damage, so materials were in short supply. Zachary Hart was our Project Manager. Zach met us while the insurance adjustor was on-site, making sure all damage was identified and that we were taken care of. The house needed a roof replacement, new gutters, and storm doors. Zach was dedicated to keeping our schedule, despite the custom colors we had for gutters. (He personally went out of his way to get the gutters from Des Moines to Omaha.) The install teams were all very professional and did quality work. We were very pleased with the outcome.

I used AGR after the 6/7/22 hailstorm damaged the exterior of my house and deck. Aaron Tuggle was the project manager for all of the work done on my house. He worked very closely with my insurance company and got them to increase the payment for several items related to the damage. He also was able to negotiate with a painter to get my house and deck power washed, painted, and/or stained before the cold weather set in.

Aaron returned all my calls throughout the several months I worked with AGR. He kept at my insurance company to get better gutter guards for my house. I just had gutter guards from a different manufacturer installed on the gutters the year before. After going through the fall and spring season with the other gutter guards, and not sure if they were the best for the house (there are 8 ancient burr oak trees in the yard), Aaron was able to get my insurance company to pay for better functioning gutter guards. The jury is still out if these new guards will be better or not – I need to see how they work for the spring and fall season this coming year, but I like them much better so far than the previous guards.

The roofers damaged the sprinkler system rain sensor that was installed on the side of a gutter and Aaron reimbursed me for the replacement of that sensor. I went with a class 4 shingle on the house, and he determined that the wrong class of shingles were delivered to my house BEFORE installation on the roof began. Thank goodness!

I would use AGR again if I needed more exterior work done to this house. I would want Aaron to be the project manager involved. I feel he gave me honest answers to all of the questions that I asked of him, and when there were delays with the gutter guard claim, he kept at my insurance company.

They replaced the siding on my house. They did a great job and were very professional. Mike Ruff was the project manager and was great. He was always will to time to answer all my questions and walk me through the process. I will use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone any work done.

Received an inspection upon request from our neighbor, Alex Williams, he was prompt and professional. Will definitely be using AGR when work is needed!
