Mick was great to work with through the whole job! I thought the process of getting a new roof was going to be a nightmare but he made it painless! His crew was fast and professional. He even came back to do another sweep for nails because of my two dogs. The roof turned out beautifully and they matched the gutters to my house which I thought was going to be tricky. I cannot say enough good things about AGR Roofing. Another company had looked at my roof and said I needed to file with my insurance company to get an all new roof. Alex Williams looked at it and said it only needed minor repairs. The price was affordable and he was very responsive. It’s rare that I would say I would recommend a company to my friends, however, that is the case here.

We put a claim into our insurance for our roof and our 1st roofing company missed meeting the adjuster and our claim was denied. I saw our neighbor used AGR so I called Mick Ruff at AGR. Mick saw plenty of damage so he setup a new meeting with the adjuster and within a couple of weeks we had a full roof replacement approved. The best was Mick saw the entire project through to the end and made the process easy and smooth. We had a new roof and gutters within a month of meeting with Mick. Now we’re looking at possible window replacements. I can’t say enough good things about Mick and AGR. He has since helped 2 more of my neighbors. Thanks

I have not used this business but my grandmother, Barbara currently is. She says Alex Williams is friendly and extremely knowledgeable about what he does. He has pointed out the damage to her roof and is helping her file the claims with her insurance. Alex and I have spoken on several occasions and I greatly appreciate how he is advocating for her.

We reached out to AGR after a hail storm damaged our roof, siding, window wraps, door, etc. Zach Hart was assigned as our project manager, and we could not have been luckier! Zach was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. This was our first home insurance claim, and Zach explained the entire process to us up front and walked us through each step along the way. He worked with our insurance company to make sure that every bit of damage sustained was included in the claim and covered by our policy. He even pointed out a clause to us in our insurance contract that we hadn’t noticed, and thanks to his catch, we were able to get it corrected. Towards the end of the process, we had an issue where a subcontractor delivered and installed a door that was not what we had wanted (not really anybody’s fault, just miscommunication). Zach had our backs and made sure that the subcontractor got us a new replacement door that was exactly what we had wanted, at no additional cost to us. At the end of the day, we got a new roof, new french door, several replaced siding panels, and replaced window wraps – and they all look fantastic! Zach and AGR made the process of completing a major home insurance claim less daunting and more navigable and ultimately delivered great results. I hope we never have to do another major claim, but if we do, I know who I’m calling!

Jim Korff and his team-mate, Zach made all the arrangements and managed this new window installation beautifully !!! They went far above and beyond our expectations to insure that everything was perfect. They also completed some gutter repairs and everything was done on time and on bundler. I clearly give them 5 stars and recommedn them to you !
