I had entered a remodeling contest with a local TV station. I first received an email from AGR letting me know that they were the company the TV station had for roofing. I emailed back saying we’d be interested in finding out what they could do for our roof which needed replacing. Alex Williams, a rep from AGR called and set up an appointment. He told me to go on line and use the app to see what different roofing shingles would look like on our roof. I did my homework and when Alex came to our home to discuss the process in less than an hour he had educated us what the next steps would be. We agreed for AGR to meet with our insurance company adjuster. From that minute on Alex handled everything. We were out of town much of the time and during our vacation, received a text from Alex that the roof would be covered for complete replacement. The date for supply delivery was set and the next day the roofing crew arrived. From start to finish a very, very pleasant experience. We now have a lovely new roof with a warranty.

We had missing shingles from a wind storm that developed into a leak. Alex with AGR was fantastic to work with! Extremely timely and always very professional! Helped us out with the insurance process and went out of his way to get our new roof replaced in December right before all the snow hit. Was so impressed with them, I’ve asked them to come look at some other opportunities for renovation on our house. After a friend had given their recommendation, we hired A.G. Roofing and Construction to replace the roof on our house after a storm. Alfonso came out to meet the insurance adjuster and go over the roof and exterior with him. I’m glad that he did because the insurance company ended up covering a lot more than I thought they would. I had thoughts on what type of singles to use and ran those by Alfonso. He didn’t try to push me in one direction or another. He just answered my questions and provided additional information. Based on our discussion, he gave some samples of different types of shingles for my wife and I to consider. Alfonso’s crew was at the house the next week. They had the old roof removed in one day and the new roof installed on the second day. All the workers were great. They were courteous, considerate, and very good at their jobs. Just before the work started on the roof, I had an unrelated leak in the attic from the AC unit that damaged the ceiling. I mentioned it to Alfonso and he had a crew there to fix it while the other crews worked on the roof. The workmanship in everything they touched was top notch. I will be using A.G. Roofing and Construction for all of my home repair needs in the future. They earned it.

Had an awesome experience with AGR, fist time home buyer & had no clue about insurance claims or how anything worked in regards to replacing my roof. Alex Williams went above & beyond to communicate each step of the process & handled the insurance side of everything which made my life WAY easier. 10/10-would definitely recommend!
