Bi-Annual Inspections
Our experienced service crew will come out to inspect your roof. We follow a detailed checklist and thorough inspection process to ensure that nothing is overlooked.
Repairs & Maintenance
We will assume responsibility for service and maintenance of all repairs as well as all work classified as “normal wear and tear” of the roofing system.
Credit Program
100% of MSA cost is credited toward your insurance deductible, and 50% of non-MSA costs credited toward roof replacement.
Emergency Response
We will be available to answer service calls 24/7, and will be on-site within 2 hours to evaluate any emergency situations, assuming safe working conditions.

Complete Pre-MSA Requirements
We’ll help you get your roof up to par by completing all necessary fixes found during inspection. We perform this work AT COST, whether you decide to move forward with the Canopy MSA or not!
