I’m one that doesn’t leave any reviews at all but I had such a great experience with Alex that I want to share my review today. I had submitted a claim to my insurance earlier during the year on my own for wind/hail damage. Adjuster came and in little to no time got insurance denial response. I had pretty much given up and was going lo leave alone until I met Alex and explained what happened. I sent the claim docs to Alex reviewed and took over, he got in contact with insurance and did all the work from there even though it took a little over a month and a few push backs from insurance Alex did his job and somehow got insurance to approve the claim! If you are like me and are not sure about doing a roof replacement claim call Alex, he will save you from any unnecessary stress.
Will definitely recommend and call again when needed.

Alex came out 2 separate times. The first time was to get a good assessment and he informed me it was worth having an insurance adjuster come take a look. The second time he was out, he met with our insurance adjuster. He pointed out some things the adjuster missed. The result was the roof needed replaced. Alex sent out a top shelf crew that knocked out the roof in one day. They did an excellent job. The roof looks great, they cleaned up the area and even did a spot check the following day for anything that was missed. We’re very happy with the overall experience with AGR, and if we need another roof, they will be our first and only call.

My home was hit by the tornado last April. I can’t say enough about the fast response Alex and Ryan provided during a devastating time. They patched my roof quickly and then stuck by my side for nearly a year while we worked through the insurance process. Love the peace of mind my new roof provides. Thankful to have had a team like AGR during a difficult time dealing with insurance.

I can’t recommend Alex Williams and AGR roofing enough. We had 2 other roofing companies to our house, both told us that we had storm damage but didn’t think we could make a claim.

We had resigned ourselves to saving up to pay for a new roof out of pocket when Alex stopped by. He completed an inspection and told us that we had a lot of damage and should definitely file a claim.

With Alex’s help we were able to get our roof replaced with no out of pocket cost!

On top of that, the crew did a great job and our house has never looked better!

Recently had AGR Roofing come out and give me an estimate on my parents roof. Alex was very honest and professional saying there wasn’t any real damage caused after the storms to replace the entire roof but due to the quality of customer service my parents and my self received my dad decided to replace the roof anyways !
