"I worked with Zach Hart to replace my roof after large hail this summer. He was replacing my neighbor's roof and that's how I found him. I couldn't have been happier. Zach ended up replacing 3 roofs for me since he did such a good job on my main house. Zach saved me thousands of dollars. My insurance company changed my policy to actual cash value instead of replacement cost so virtually nothing would have been covered after depreciation. Zach explained this was not normal and then the insurance company admitted they wrote up my policy wrong and I did have replacement cost on my roof. Without Zach I would have been paying for the entire roof almost entirely on my own. Couldn't recommend more!"

"Shout out to Zach Hart at AGR. From the hour after a huge storm hit out house and outbuildings, Zach was giving us professional advice. Zach drove over 2 hours to meet with us while the insurance agent was looking over our property to ensure nothing was missed. Our house needed new siding, roof, and gutters and our job was completed sooner then our neighbors who chose another contractor. Our insurance was of course, low balled all of their estimates and Zach and AGR ensured they paid what they needed to pay. We couldn't be happier with how great our home looks or the service we received. All of the contractors who came to out house were friendly and cleaned up the mess upon completion. Thanks again Zach ! Some of our neighbors still haven't had a product delivered much less put on their home, I am sure they are kicking themselves when they drive by and our home is complete."

"Zach Hart is the man to talk to. Our insurance company low-balled us by $20,000 and Zach took care of everything. He sent an appropriate estimate to the insurance company and they paid. We did not have to deal with insurance at all. We had an asbestos roof replaced and Zach and company do beautiful work. Highly recommend. Thanks again!!"
