My Story
I was born & raised in Omaha. I love it here. As a younger man I traveled 27 states selling insurance & telemarketing projects. I realized that traveling was really hard on my family and myself.
I wanted to get off the road. My close friend purchased a home improvement company and asked me to help him grow the company. I stayed with him for 8 years learning a huge amount about construction and Omaha/ Council Bluffs, Lincoln, Fremont and many towns in a 100 mile radius. I realized this was a career I loved.
My father was an architect and I loved watching buildings be drawn and constructed. He was a big inspiration to me to do what I do. 30 years later and several hundred projects later…. I still get excited about serving people and assisting in construction!
I am a student of construction and have seen almost every type of home design. I understand each decade had different construction products in use. (A 1925 home is much different from a 1975 home than a 2005 home!)

I was needing a roof inspection done in order to receive my loan. AGR Roofing was recommended to me, and they did not disappoint! I called and talked to Jim about what I was needing around 9AM, and by noon my inspection complete. Great turn around time, and all around a caring company to work with.

We had two large single pain windows that, over 50 years, settled and had to be replaced. Jim Korff and his team-mate, Zach made all the arrangements and managed this new window installation beautifully !!! They went far above and beyond our expectations to insure that everything was perfect. They also completed some gutter repairs and everything was done on time and on bundler. I clearly give them 5 stars and recommedn them to you !
