I have been around the roofing industry since 1990. I began by installing residential and commercial roofing for a roofing company that belonged to my church. I then began my own construction business in upstate New York and then Vermont. In 1996 my first son was born and I went to work for Home Depot where I spent the next 8 years selling everything from roofing projects to flowers!
We then moved our family to Omaha in 1999 to open the first Home Depot in Nebraska. From there I did a “tour of duty” as an assistant manager for Walmart and Lowes. In 2007, I joined Chicago Lumber as an outside sales rep. selling commercial building material to the big companies like Kiewit and Hawkins Construction. In 2010 I began as the regional director for Spec Building Materials which is a residential and commercial roofing company in Omaha. In 2013 I met the then-owners of AGR roofing. After spending the next couple years servicing the AGR account, they challenged me to make a move that would open up a “sky’s the limit” opportunity, and a couple months later I took the leap and joined the AGR team in 2015.
In my career with AGR I have sold and finished over 1,000 different projects and look forward to the next 1000! This is by far the most challenging and rewarding career I could have ever imagined. Everyday offers something new. and there is no better feeling in my business life than helping a homeowner transform their home!
I have a large family, 7 kids, 3 dogs (kids with 4 paws), and a beautiful new granddaughter. And of course my beautiful wife Marlene who is my backbone. I love to work out, and believe in challenging myself physically and mentally.
We had snow come in through a roof vent and Brian & Rony came out to take a look. They were prompt, courteous, and honest. Thankfully, our situation wasn’t serious and didn’t require maintenance. I used AGR previously when my mom needed a new roof on her house and they did a fantastic job!

I hired AGR to remove cedar shakes and install a DaVinci resin roof. The workmanship was top notch and it looks great. It was done in a timely manner and I was kept informed of the timeline throughout the process. I worked with Amanda and Bryan and both were very professional.
I called 3 or 4 other places before I called AGR. I had leakage and the vent was blown off my house from the 96mile an hour storm that went through the neighborhood. Needless to say they were the first company out that emergency tarped my roof. They were over a few times checking in on everything before the estimator finally showed up. They were professional and answered every question and concern I had. They handled everything exceptionally well. We used AGR for a roof and window replacement as the result of hail damage. Bryan was extremely professional and responsive. He took the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns. Two years after the windows were installed, we noticed a manufacturer defect in one window. We notified Bryan and he took care of everything to get the window replaced. A year later I called Bryan to get his opinion on a roof issue on a house I was buying in another state. He dropped what he was doing to research the issue and then he called back with his opinions and recommendations— now that’s customer service! I would highly recommend AGR and Bryan for any home project.
Bryan and AGR is a great business to work with and very helpful. They did a great job on repairing and replacing our roof. Very knowledgeable and helpful with dealing with insurance company. Checked companies around our area and wanted to go with AGR even though they were out of our area. Would use them again.
We went through AGR when the big storm happened last year. We had no idea what we were to expect with this since it was our first time going through a big claim. Bryan and Isabella both walked us through the steps to how our residing and reroofing project would go. They worked with our insurance company and answered every question we had along the way. I’m sure we were an annoyance because we had so many questions and were stressed about things going on but every time we reached out they knew exactly how to help us with whatever troubles we were having. I 100% will recommend Bryan and Isabella to anyone I know. They were absolutely amazing!
The installers for both our roof and our siding were also fantastic. I want to mention that they did a great job accommodating us, we have dogs and they were very dog friendly people, the team made sure to keep our gates closed when they were around so we could let our dogs in and out, and reinforced in us that the pups werent bothering them when they came outside! They ensured that things were taken care of in a quick manner and made sure our property didn’t look terribly messy while they worked on it. They cleaned up well once the project was done!
All in all, thank you AGR, Bryan, Isabella, and the entire team that did our Roof and Siding. You are a 100/10 in our book!
